The dashboard is the home screen of Terminus Hub, the first thing you see after signing in. It is not a fixed layout: which sections appear depends on how far along your account is and on whether you are an account owner or admin or a member. This page explains each section and when it shows up.
How the dashboard decides what to show
The dashboard adapts along two axes. Account stage. The account as a whole is in one of three stages, and everyone in it gets that stage’s layout:- New: no governance-model revision has been published yet. The dashboard is about finishing setup.
- Ramping: a revision is published, but there is no activity yet. Setup remnants and early numbers share the screen.
- Operating: a revision is published and there is activity. The dashboard leads with analytics.
The sections
Setup progress and checklist
Admins only, and only until setup is complete. A progress bar reads “N% set up” and points at the next incomplete step; below it, on a new account, sits the full six-step checklist. Once the account reaches the ramping stage the checklist collapses to a one-line “Setup N/6” strip with a Resume setup link, and when all six steps are done both vanish for good. The steps and how each is detected are covered in Set up your account. Completion is re-checked from live data each time, account-wide: any admin’s progress counts for everyone, and deleting something (say, your only taxonomy) un-completes its step and brings the checklist back.Last 30 days
The KPI row, shown from the ramping stage on. Four tiles covering a rolling 30-day window:
Each tile carries a change indicator against the previous 30-day window: green for up, red for down, and a plain dash when there is no prior data to compare. If the account had no clicks at all in the window, the row is replaced by a single “No link activity yet” card prompting you to share a link.
Admins see account-wide numbers; members see their workspaces only, under the heading “Your last 30 days.”
Top links
Operating stage only. The three most-clicked links of the last 30 days, each showing the short slug, its workspace, and the click count. For per-link history and everything beyond the top three, use Analytics.Awaiting review
Admins only. The five most recent submissions currently in review, each with a Review button that opens it. This is a shortcut, not the full queue: it shows no “and N more” count, so on a busy account check the submissions list for the complete picture. See Review and approve submissions.Pick up where you left off
Members only. Up to five of your most recently touched submissions that are still in draft or were rejected back to you, each with a Continue button. Rejected work lands here too, which makes this the place to catch a reviewer’s send-backs.Account
Admins only, from the ramping stage. A seats summary: on a plan with a seat cap, how many are used with a usage bar; on an uncapped plan, the member count. A “N invites pending” badge appears while invitations are outstanding, and Manage members jumps to Members.Recent activity
The six most recent tracked changes: submissions created or updated, and governance-model revisions published or updated. Each entry names who did it and when. There is no time cutoff, so on a quiet account these can be old. Members see submission activity from their own workspaces only; revision events are account-level and appear only for admins. Two special states
- “Your workspace is ready.” A member of a brand-new account (nothing published, no drafts of their own) sees a single get-started card pointing at the new-submission page instead of the usual sections.
- “No workspace access yet.” A member who belongs to the account but to no workspace sees only this notice, whatever the account’s stage. There is no button because the fix is human: an account admin needs to add them to a workspace, from Members.
Gotchas
- The stage belongs to the account, not to you. A brand-new member of a long-running account lands on the operating layout on day one.
- Top links and activity entries are not clickable. Only the explicit buttons (Review, Continue, Manage members, the setup CTAs) navigate anywhere. For click-through analysis, go to Analytics.
- The dashboard can change under you. Because everything is computed live, approving the account’s first submission, or deleting its last taxonomy, visibly reshapes the home screen for everyone.
