Before you start
- Connect Claude to Terminus Hub. See Connect AI apps.
- You need a role that can create submissions in the workspace. A viewer’s Claude cannot create them.
- The taxonomy you build links with must be active in your workspace.
Build your links
1
Ask Claude for your links
In a Claude chat, say what the campaign is and which links you need. Give the values you know: the landing page, the launch date, the audience, and the channels. For example:Claude looks up your taxonomies and the values each dropdown allows. If something is missing or does not match a value, it asks you.
2
Review the draft
Claude creates a draft submission in your workspace and replies with each link and the values it chose. Check them, especially anything Claude had to decide for you, such as the medium for a social post. To change something, tell Claude.
3
Open the draft in Terminus
To look it over in Terminus Hub, open your workspace’s Submissions (or the link to the draft, when Claude’s reply has one). The draft is marked Draft and via Claude. Click it to open it in the builder, with one row per link, and click Computed to show the computed values, such as utm_campaign and the Tagged URL.
4
Submit the links
When the draft is right, tell Claude to submit it. If Claude asks before it uses Terminus, allow it. If your workspace does not require review, the links go live straight away. Otherwise the submission goes to review.Terminus Hub checks every rule again when you submit. If a link breaks one, nothing goes live, and Claude tells you what failed and how to fix it.
5
Find your links in Terminus
In your workspace, Submissions lists the submission with via Claude and its status. Click Records to see each link with its values and Tagged URL. See Records.
